Dear Profiles Creative,

I recently graduated from the Arts University College at Bournemouth where I completed a BA (Hons) degree in Graphic Design. I am writing to request the opportunity to be considered for Junior Artworker/ Studio Assistant role, as I would like to contribute to the success of your team and also benefit from the skills and experience Profiles Creative has to offer.

I am enthusiastic, with excellent creative skills and have a track record of innovative thinking. I have an individual and original approach to briefs and to communicating an informed response. My wide range of capabilities include brand identity, editorial design, photography, illustration and typography, all of which are evident in my portfolio. I specialise in print based design, however have an interest in exploring all opportunities within the design industry. Examples of my work can be seen on my website at *

My skills as a designer have developed as a result of previous work placements, my degree course, freelance work and my general interest in graphic design. I have a preference of minimalist, clean, effective design and this is prevalent in my work so far, and I have a good ability to understand the needs of the client and develop themes/styles to suit their requirements, still resulting in valuable designs and excellent feedback.

I am very well organised, have great knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, and past administrative experience.
