Which helps the farmer with better farming techniques, weather information etc. In return the farmer agrees to help during emergency. Farmers are given a credit for the help, which they can use for purchasing better seeds at subsidised cost. During On season the vehicle can be used for farming purpose, selling farm produce in the market, and during off season it can be used a local people carrier. It is also specially designed to help underserved area victim to be carried to hospitals.
