About me

Rajiv is an executive design consultant and helps design new experiences, services, platforms and
products, that strike a balance between the user's intents and business needs. He has managed
recruiting to P&L, being an evangelist of design led initiatives. He is currently working on the
intersection of data, AI and design with a focus on XR.

He provides strategic design consulting , led by effective storytelling based on user needs,
identified by effective user research and usability and user testing. This is followed by tactical design -
Rapid Prototyping, creating Wireframes, Interaction Design, Visual Design, hi-fidelity Prototype and
software design and support to integrate the design with technology and data pipelines.

His typical day is all about business development, influencing, marketing and advocacy,
guiding clients through the value proposition of design- as-a-practice, and nurturing a highly
collaborative environment of Visual Designers, Interaction Designers, UX Researchers, UX writers, and
Developers. He collaborates with design and technology partners in a new world that's location
agnostic, to serve clients worldwide.

Democratizing the design process, promoting a culture of innovation and fostering
organizational innovation along with the ability to change and act on the new ideas and opportunities
is the key to building an design embedded organization.
