This is the height of design at its subtlest level. Material, form and function in absolute unity. Having received an order from the Creative Matrix to create a Buddha chair, Cirulis set to work and created a unique gift to the world. While working on this piece he explains that for three months it was as if something was working through him. As he immersed himself in this project time and space disappeared. It was as if the shape and form arose by themselves, with Cirulis as a co-creator. Guided within, he felt rather than thought the process that the Buddha chair was to take. The result was a perfect balance of the Golden Ratio and the Buddha Canon proportions. Sitting in the BUDDHA chair is an experience. Relax into the ergonomic design based on the ancient principals that the proportions of the body also follow and allow yourself to feel how it affects you and your system. This chair is created from a unique composite of Latvian linen/flax with carbon fibres and is also possible pure carbon and basalt. Available in Beige, black or beige-multicolor plus custom design colours when and where possible.
