ABOUT

‘Clockwork’ (French version, ‘L’Orchestre’) is a film designed to capture the impressive level of skill, quality and repeatability that goes into the production of a Taransaud barrel. Sometimes energetic and aggressive, sometimes fast-paced and dynamic, sometimes careful and meticulous - every role carried about by a Taransaud worker is carefully rehearsed, mastered and synchronised. Few manufacturers can boast the ability to reliably reproduce a luxury product in such high quantities - and the success of a large proportion of the world’s most famous wines depends on it.
