Dear Analogue,
Hello, my name is Rachel, I have recently graduated with a BA Hons degree in Graphic Design from the University of Lincoln / Lincoln School of Art & Design with an upper second class (2.1).
I am writing to apply for the post of Creative Designer as advertised on the creative pool website. I understand you posted that the designer must have 12 month experience in industry and I have some but not 12 months worth. I am however willing to learn! and want to learn.
I have gained a reputation of being someone who thrives on being given a challenge and labeled as problem solver by my previous tutors. I strive to think 'outside of the box' yet keep it simple, am unafraid to make decisions and live with the results. A capable team player, confident to voice my ideas but also willing to encourage and work with others within a team. I have a strong interest in photography along with design and like to experiment with both digital and analogue photography. I am extremely passionate about design and creativity, it is what I live and breathe.
I am seeking to start my career with a challenge and consider that the experience you could offer would give me the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge.
