As part of my final year optional module (user experience design), we were given a brief by O2 to solve problems faced by city dwellers, specifically in smart cities.

The first part of the project was group based; initial research, problem area identification and persona. The latter part of the project, individual; user research, app development - both paper prototyping as well as high fidelity, and further to that, building the app using Axure RP.
