Profound knowledge of the candidate selection, interviewing, CV shortlisting, sourcing and skilled in the use of online recruitment channels for advertising roles and headhunting candidates. A strong communicator in building relationships with stakeholders with both potential and existing clients to maximise opportunities and secure new vacancies. Focused on sourcing filling complex positions and senior roles to help the business build an exceptional to positively impact the business.
I was inspired to start my own business. In 2018 I started "Job Club" which is focused on helping people with their CVs, cover letters and interview skills. Starting this business and growing my user base requires constant attention to data and analytics of what the users are responding to.
