My name is Simon Campbell and I am a graduate form the University of Greenwich which I studied Computing with Multimedia and finished with a 2:1 degree. I am writing to you about the current vacancy for VIDEO PRODUCTION / EDITOR for Pre-School Learning Alliance which I viewed on Creativepool.com, I have also enclosed a CV within my application.

I have always had a passion for video editing, I have been editing videos for 2 years on a part time bases and this would be a great opportunity to build upon my skills

I have worked with a small music entertainment company called Soul Unique. They would put on small concerts every 3 5 months. As part of the post-production team I would edit the footage recorded once the show had ended, this was a fantastic opportunity for me to work with a production team and to see how the industry works. I do have skills in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro and Photoshop; I use these programs on a regular bases just to keep my skills sharp and to keep myself up-to-date.
