About me

Hello there. I am Samuel. I am a committed, conscientious Media Communications graduate with a sharp eye for detail an unrelenting thirst for knowledge.

My interest in all things media began upon leaving school and commencing the study of my A-levels, prior to which I had been content simply being a passive consumer. Despite this, upon leaving college, I had developed myself to become a switched-on, media-savvy individual.

I am sociable, adaptable, and am able to assimilate information with the greatest of ease, taking information in and adapting it to the needs of my employer or client.

I already have experience in a number of key media sectors, including having worked as a co-presenter on a local Lincolnshire-based radio station, writing content for a Canadian webzine, proofreading for one of the United Kingdom's most prominent recruitment agencies, creating a poster campaign and brand new corporate identity for a Lincolnshire charity, and publishing reviews and critiques online through my personal blog.

I am very keen to further myself and expand my working portfolio; particularly in advertising, through copywriting and proofreading. I have a very strong grasp of the English language which, combined with my sharp eye for detail, I am able to use creatively to convey a point, or convince a reader to take heed.

I am able to work well either alone or as part of a creative team, and particularly revel in bringing a group's ideas together to create a product of which I, and all contributing members, can feel truly proud.
