As part of the Skype Live Studio partnership (based in Portland, Oregon) we arranged a meeting of the minds between Alice Cooper and The Needle Drop – 'The internet's busiest music nerd'.

The evening before his live show in Portland, we invited Alice to visit Skype Live Studio for a live-streamed chat with The Needle Drop over Skype in the first of a new series of artist interviews – along with some lucky fans from Moscow and New Jersey.

On owned and earned social channels we launched a fan art competition leading up to the interview. Alice chose his favourite artwork live on-air and congratulated the winner over Skype. We then promptly printed a limited run of t-shirts of the winning design, giving them away to the first 100 fans to arrive for his live show the following evening.
