I come from design.
I have worked in industrial and transportation design, leading projects and teams and dealing with the real constraints of execution, trade-offs and decision-making.
That experience naturally evolved into my current role as an Innovation Lead. Today, I work at the intersection of design, business and organizational decision-making, helping leadership teams frame the right problems, define strategic focus and turn innovation into an operational discipline.
For me, innovation is not a departure from design, but its evolution: less about outputs and novelty, and more about clarity, judgment and enabling meaningful progress.
