About me

I am an award-winning and inspirational leader with proven motivational, communication and interpersonal skills, which I have gained through working managerial position in publishing, for over 17 years. I currently manage a team of over 25 creative and technical production staff in a fast-paced, deadline driven, environment.

I have excellent workflow and process mapping skills which I have used to deliver process improvement and integrate print and digital workflows, to deliver measurable savings.

I enjoy managing projects and have successfully planning, coordinating and delivering projects for over 17 years and have recently successfully completed the Prince2 Project Management Practitioner qualification.

In my current role as Publishing Services Manager I work with numerous other departments, such as IT, print, sales, circulation, marketing and accounts and liaise on a day-to-day basis with external print companies to produce supplements and magazines. Throughout my managerial career I have worked with external suppliers to agree contracts to deliver software and hardware and develop those products to the particular needs of our business.

I am enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking with excellent organisational and communication skills.
