About me

Hi, My name is Nick, I am a recent creative graduate of Teesside University obtaining a First Class, Bachelor of Arts degree, in Creative Multimedia. I have gained experience with freelance work and design and communication agency work in London.

I am extremely enthusiastic about the work I create and ambitious within the projects that I am involved in, I love developing really creative and dynamic online experiences and am always looking into new techniques and skills to improve technically and enhance my work.

I Have a Lot to Offer:

I have a true passion and experience of many areas of online design and creative web development; this is shown within my portfolio. I have been involved in projects from web based design to marketing and advertising, taking many design considerations into account from typography, layout and visual flow to navigation, usability and interactivity.

Even though I have specialised in the web based design and development area my portfolio shows that I have been involved in projects across many disciplines, including branding and print, giving me the ability to understand and expand my mind into different ways in which to design and develop for different mediums, output and user groups.

Within my agency and studio experience I am comfortable designing and coding e-mails, designing banner advertisements and designing and developing sites and applications for the web.

I possess great knowledge of many design and development software packages, including, Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML/CSS programming and much more.

I've obtained the highest grades possible at university, received an award from the BBC's Future Media and Technology department and have been involved I a wide variety of online digital design based projects. I'm extremely passionate about my work, hugely eager to lean and improve within this field, and am determined to make a real contribution.
