I am an enthusiastic and ambitious individual, with extensive experience in the organisation and promotion of small music and film events that is able to develop and motivate myself and others to achieve success. I demonstrate a strong ability to manage projects from conception through to successful completion, always with the same proactive and logical approach to each challenge.
