ABOUT

Designing collateral for training workshops (People and Performance, as it's correctly coined) is a huge graphic industry - but one that often can't be taken full advantage of, either because they're left to the very last minute to execute or have to be produced on a shoestring (read non-existent) budget.
They're a bit of a Cinderella activity but rewarding nonetheless (if approached with some careful planning and the right mindset) so I always try and grab them - as there's identity, information, typographic and print (and interactive) design chops you can exercise.
These three examples - dating back a few years to quite recently - I gathered into comps to demonstrate that, as artifacts, they can help support important cultural change messages and aims. And the better they're produced, the more likely they are to appeal, be used and be retained.
