ABOUT

A concept for app that can be downloaded by hotel guests and used to describe their stay as part of an experience audit.
The idea is based on emotional states described in Paul Ekman's work on The Atlas of Emotions, and is designed to catch how people are feeling at key points where they stay.
By linking the recording of the feeling with the space and giving that feedback in real time, it allows the hosts to spot issues as they arise - and deploy the data against quick fixes the guest can see - and then help improve the experience delivered in future.
Would be great to discuss with anyone interested in developing this into an MVP for taking forwards.
