An experiential, immersive train journey that highlighted the ten key botanicals of Bombay Sapphire.
I consulted on production, produced and catered the menus and acted as co-brand ambassador for the project which spanned over six major European cities.
The train was custom built and transported across to each location along with a temporary kitchen, staff and chefs.
Over 9000 hand-injected floral jellies were produced for the project as part of a three-course tasting menu which included a colour-changing palate cleanser, edible bubbles infused with lemon peel and pate disguised as fresh, pick-able lemons.
