A passionate marketer with experience in looking after major global brands, I have the skills required to drive your brand portfolio forward. I work well both autonomously and in a team environment, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, agencies, suppliers, and colleagues alike. With 4 years experience in brand management and trade marketing for MARS, a major FMCG company with market leading global brands, my roles to date have required me to develop core competencies in marketing, building particular strengths in the ability to manage multiple complex projects, responsibilities and relationships. I am highly action oriented, and believe myself to hold sound perspective and drive.
Experiences that I can bring to a new role include competencies in channel and trade marketing and brand management. My experience includes strategic planning and activation of core brand activities, A&CP management, briefing and project management with agency partners, market research and analysis, and below the line activation. Also of strong importance in my roles has been to create consumer interaction with our brands as well as generating internal associate engagement and excitement, and facilitating gold standard in market execution.

Other core experiences include networking and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Examples of this include ensuring effective communication with account, sales and field teams, enabling all stakeholders to work together towards a common goal, as well as maintaining regular interactions with affiliate international markets.

I always apply myself fully to any endeavour that I undertake and in particular my time at MARS has been hugely beneficial to my development and growth in a marketing environment.
