Dear Sir/Madam,

I am applying for your Search Engine Optimisation position. I am very enthusiastic and enjoy learning new techniques using xHTML and CSS. I can also hand code using xHTML and CSS without editors however I use them for the benefit of code hinting. This makes my websites better optimised for search engines and the cod eis less complicated and no unneeded elements are added by the editors.. The latest website I have created is *.uk which is my brothers portfolio. It is very basic as I had little time to made it during my exams

I have created 2 large websites and many smaller projects just to learning specific skills. I am able to use photoshop and create web pages from PSD files. I frequently update my mothers website so am fluent with FTP protocol and software. I always check my websites against W3C validator's to make sure they comply with current web standard.

My experience with SEO techniques is good as I have a genuine interest in it and try to make all my websites as optimised as possible including design side and backend. I am confident at using Google Analytics and using Adwords/Adsense setting up paid campaigns.

In my computing class we worked to deadline producing many software projects with each only in a few weeks and I am very familiar with the different elements within a system life cycle.
