I am a senior individual at Director level with over twenty years experience in the digital industry, managing and leading teams of up to fifty in an agile environment. I have extensive experience in product management and product development, having lead business requirements gathering sessions, assessed the validity of business models and extrapolated and collated data to assess trends and implement bold successful campaigns. I thrive on solving complex problems throughout a product's lifecycle. I have a firm understanding of compliance and regulatory concepts, especially in the financial industry with my extensive past experience in this area. Having excelled as a manager with high profile projects on both the client and agency side for companies like Microsoft, Sky, AKQA and VCCP I have outstanding relationship management skills and experience with managing relationships across a variety of internal cross-functional departments, and externally with suppliers and clients. I have significant experience with AB testing, IA restructuring, leading Google design sprints, qualitative & quantitative testing, crafting low and high fidelity interactive wireframes, building design systems, creating user journeys, personas & data defined archetypes, analysing the validity of business models, running focus groups and one on ones, leading agile teams and projects and instructing on and writing valid user stories.
