About me

I'm interested in turning insights into ideas. Over the past 20 years, I've worked as a strategist, creative director, and art director developing communications projects across cultural contexts (publications, websites, videos, retail environments, and exhibitions), collaborating with creators and users of these contexts to engage brands and their customers in the co-design of culture. I develop and implement symbolic goods (ideas and experiences) by converting customer understanding and client needs into meaningful and lasting engagement. I understand multi-channel communication challenges and am comfortable with distributed/virtual teams or telecommuting;

I'm bilingual (English/ Spanish) and also speak a bit of Japanese.
