About me

I am an experienced operational lead, heading up all processes, workflows, tools, implementation and administration at Footballco. At director level, I support editorial leadership with a range of operational needs from onboarding and i
offboarding freelancers, budget tracking, managing IT tools and software, managing suppliers and contracts and overseeing large tournaments and activations including World Cups and Goal50. I have a particular passion and expertise in editorial management and internal communications. I have more than 16 years of employment history working in leadership and management within the internal communications, employee engagement, media, journalism and publishing industries.
I have substantial hr, operational and office management experience and I've been on the leadership team at two of my employers. This includes delivering policy change, change communications, managing standards and legalities and extensive stakeholder management.
With a strong editorial background, having worked as an editor and writer for eight years of my career, I am also highly skilled in content production, overseeing editorial departments and operations, proofing and subbing a variety of copy.
My current and previous position required extensive project management, overseeing deadlines, managing clients and projects, ensuring project plans are adhered to, briefs are met and budgets are maintained. From resourcing suppliers and additional support, to maintaining relationships with third parties, agencies, all players in a project, to checking assets, proofreading and briefing in design, animations, videos, digital assets, articles, campaign collateral and much more.
