To Whom It May Concern,

I love what I do. I literally can't wait to get to work in the
mornings, because I have so many ideas I want to write about, and so
many projects I want to move forward with. In my current position as
Head copywriter and Spanish Translator at Halpern Cowan, I write
quality content for a variety of our clients' brands, manage
internal projects such as our publishing network, and work with our
creative and SEO teams to produce profitable, successful SEO and PPC
campaigns, websites, and marketing emails. I always ensure that my work
is on brand, delivered to brief, and completed by the specified
deadline.

When writing for our internal publishing network, I must both think
creatively and work with several different technologies, including CMS,
the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Calendars, blogging platforms like
WordPress, Twitter, TweetSpinner, Photoshop and the World Wide Web. I
edit content from 6 other writers, content populate using CMS, and
update our image database. I also manage administrative tasks like the
reception rota, which means that I train new members of staff to treat
our clients with care and courtesy, as I am aware that our actions will
impact the perception of the HC brand as a whole.

When implementing strategy for a client brief, I often have to think
creatively and show incredible attention to detail. For example, one of
our biggest clients asked our team to set up Twitter accounts and
corresponding blogs for each of their focal concentrations. These sites
would form a sort of digital network which would provide on-brand
information across social media channels, as well as giving the company
greater visibility on Search Engine Results Pages. I was responsible
for deciding the tone and look of these sites, researching the most
effective keywords to include for SEO purposes, choosing the best
platforms for inclusion on this project, and then checking and
rechecking to make sure that all relevant information was accurately
documented on a master spreadsheet, which was used across our
department.
