About me

I am an excellent communicator, with exemplary creative, technical, management and leadership skills. I work extremely well both unaided and as part of a team. I have demonstrated an exceptional track record with regards to; development techniques, innovation, design, marketing strategies, creativity, staff management, attention to detail, project planning and product delivery. This has led to more productive teams, increased throughput and vastly improved product quality.

I have chiefly worked within the creative industry (film, TV, computer hardware & console games) for approximately 17 years and gained valuable insight during this time. I have a huge passion for creativity, a good eye for accuracy and have earned respect for my skills thus far.

I thoroughly understand the logistics and the usefulness of a ‘well-oiled' team, and I believe that it is this balance that makes for a good working environment, which reflects against the level of quality which I aspire to.
