About me

I am a young, enthusiastic graphic designer with experience working in a busy design agency atmosphere, and having read the job specification, I can confirm that I have all the skills required for this post. Since moving to London in August I have been working as a freelancer and am currently contracted by ChapmanBlack as a Marketing Assistant, charged with the task of rebranding the company. I will be redesigning their internal documents as well as their website, so that they can redirect their focus to a different niche market.
My design industry experience thus far has led me to work with some leading brands such as Vodafone and Pepsi. In my last post I was responsible for the creation and development of all the graphic content in the Portuguese National Insurance channel, which was entirely based in Flash, and also worked within a design team producing banners and HTML emails. As a freelancer I have been building websites from scratch using Photoshop, HTML, CSS and some PHP. My latest project has involved working with the International Nuclear Law Association where I have been building a website specifically able to be used across all versions of all browsers, so that the content (i.e. International Nuclear Law) can be accessed by people all over the world regardless of the sophistication of their computer.
