About me

I am a girl born profoundly deaf and am I hard of hearing. Despite this draw back, I have learned independence and coping on my own initiatives in a predominantly hearing society. This has taught me the art of independence. I am highly motivated and have achieved relevant academic qualification. I possess a wide range of skills, knowledge and experience gained through work, placements, and volunteering on a under various capacities. My most recent placement has been the completion of a successful 8 weeks BBC Manchester's Step-up Programme. I am a highly innovative and creative individual who can Work effectively with others and have the ability to work on my own initiative. I possess an enthusiastic approach to work and have the attributes of paying attention to details and can prioritise conflicting work demands. I am a confident and enthusiastic individual and can easily learn new procedures. I can work effectively within a team. I am a flexible and enjoy the challenges of meeting deadlines and targets. I am available for work immediately and at a short notice. I believe given an opportunity I will do well.
