About me

I have spent a large part of my career in and around design studios; studio and traffic management, print production and art buying, product design, POS production and advertising production. I have managed budgets, print quality, production schedules, and creative resource for many large clients. I love planning projects with the Design, Project and/or Account teams, work with the creative teams to produce the best job, on time and on budget. I have experience in recruiting external resource when required, designers, artworkers, photographers, illustrators, copywriters etc. I love to work with the designers discussing ideas, paper stocks and techniques, liaising with external suppliers to get the best job out of them too and to ensure the end product looks beautiful. . I enjoy the organised chaos of a busy studio and I am happiest when I have a lot of jobs on the go at once. Allocating jobs to designers, managing their time and identifying job clash issues and creating solutions.
