• Service desk/Helpdesk/ incident and problem management skills with keen attention to working with SLA.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit (2000, XP, 2003 and 2007).
• Proven PC/Laptop and general network connectivity/troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP) experience.
• User account migration and creating new user.
• Experience of setting up laptops remote access services and devices.
• Confident trouble-shooter of hardware and network related issues.
• Rollout experience (Windows 2000, XP, and VISTA), Machine builds, Imaging, and software deployment solutions (With Norton Ghost, Power Quest, unattended installation, Sys prep, disk duplication, remote installation service).
• Good understanding of ITIL Service Management methodologies.
• Microsoft 2000/2003 Server, XP/Vista, Exchange 2000/2003, group policy, and Active Directory.
• Networking configuration of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Backup and antivirus deployment for personal and corporate solutions.
