About me

Vicki is a User and Customer Experience heavyweight with nearly 9 years' experience working with large FTSE 100 companies to private and government organisations both in the UK and abroad. Vicki is responsible for creating, owning and implementing the user strategy then ensuring the end-to-end user experience is fulfilled by her and the team she leads, using a suite of user-centric techniques to achieve this, and using quantitative conversion metrics combined with qualitative user feedback to prove success.
