About me

As you you can see from my cv i have extensive traffic and project
management experience gained at some of the best agencies in
london.
I have gained this experience both on and offline, but believe my
core skills lie in process management.
While i was Head of project Management at Lida i was tasked with
bringing the previously in house Matalan account into a large agency
while maintaining and then improving the previous expertise and
challenging timescales that the in house department was used to
achieving.
Not only did i deliver this but managed to increase agency
profitability by approximately 8% by negotiating a further discount
across all suppliers on the £10 million print account.
The success with which i achieved this was instrumental in my
becoming Head of traffic at Rapier where i was employed to review and
improve all existing systems to incorporate a new digital offering and
to deal with the increased volume of work that the Virgin Media account
generated.
Process within an agency is constantly evolving, and that is why the
role of Traffic is so vital.It needs to be aware of the needs of the
individual, while ensuring that team spirit is king.Great team spirit
leads to great work, it is as simple as that.One needs to keep pushing
the boundaries to ensure the work and the people do not get stale,and i
believe i am one of the best in my field.
Bertrand Russell once said "the responsibility is mine, but so
is the opportunity".I have made this my mantra.
