About me

Six years industry experience working in the UK, throughout Europe and the World.

I spent the first four years of my career working on creative and technically demanding projects in one of the UK's largest workshops as a Prop Maker.

Using a vast range of materials and processes in an innovative environment enabled me to gain great knowledge of the scenic industry.

By utilising AutoCAD and 3D Modelling skills to visualise difficult design briefs, I progressed from workshop to design studio as a Production Designer.

Invited to form founding team of a very successful Design Consultancy, as 3D Designer. I am Involved in every stage of each project from concept tender, design development, site survey, 2D and 3D visuals including detailed production drawings. Liaising with clients and suppliers obtaining quotes and working within graphic schedules.

The ability to work to strict deadlines under pressure. Flexible and proactive approach to work. Resourceful, hard working with fantastic interpersonal skills. Creative and logical. Diplomatic and calming nature with the tenacity to resolve problems and provide solutions.

Proficient in all manner of I.T. 3D Studio Max 6, AutoCAD 2006, Bryce 5.5, Creative Suite 2, Office - programs and utilities, SketchUp 5 and have an interest in new technology (CNC - Stereolithography & Rapid Prototyping).
