I feel I will be a benefit to your business as I have proven Visual merchandising experience paying attention to fine detail, I also ascertained management skill as I was a floor manager/VM for a number of years. Via my current employment I have gained good organisation skills as the store has a very high turn over, it is essential to work fast to insure the visual standards are maintain down to the smallest detail and are commercial. As the store I work in is a flag ship store I must use my own initiative to suggest and implement new floor moves which are commercial to our store. I use my daily and weekly department reports to aid me in my decisions to see which departments are taking more money and if necessary to expand and/or move to a more prominent position. As part of a VM team we must liaise with our Store Manager and Area Manager on how we can improve the store moving it to next level and planning ahead future moves and implementation of new trends.

As part of a very Competent VM team Head Office value our opinions on the visual guidelines they send out to store. As a result every month when we receive the guidelines we feed back to them on, if the pages are easy and clean to understand visually ect.....
