Talent strategist, coach & HR generalist (Assoc. CIPD) helping creative businesses find & develop their most important asset: their people. My aims? To deliver business success by helping principals align their people AND business strategy; to help individuals become fulfilled in their careers; to challenge recruitment/HR conventions.

How?

Through the delivery of an end-end combined strategic executive search & on-boarding/coaching process which identifies, hires and coaches the candidate & business through probation/on-boarding in one aligned process, creating success for the long term.

Through a holistic 'whole life' coaching approach that helps individuals/teams embrace their potential so they see their unique abilities & talents differently, uncover previously unseen opportunities, and make the changes in their [working] lives that they have felt unable to do.

I believe in relationships & being immersed in company culture (culture = people); about working to identify a business' strategic purpose and values so they're aligned with those of the individual; about delivering a tailored, holistic approach to the discovery, deployment & development of talent.

I work with agencies, media owners & multi-platform brands; at CCO, Creative Partner, ECD, Creative Director, CSO & Managing Partner level.

I have worked in London and New York. The multi-channel creative sector is the cornerstone of my 20+ year career. Having spent my early years working in agency & client businesses, I have walked in your shoes, and I bring this insight & experience to my work. I have a reputation for working collaboratively, with empathy, care & integrity.
