About me

I recently graduated from Falmouth University with a BA Hons 2:1 in Film and Media. Since the start of my studies, I have written for a variety of different publications on wide ranging subjects, all with precise attention to detail and a enthusiasm which is reflected in my work. Examples of my writing experience scope from advertising to finance reports, from business magazines to entertainment publications. I regularly write articles for two monthly film publications, Big Screen Magazine and also GoreZone, the latter being one of the most successful film publications in Europe and America. I work with internal teams as Chief Researcher, writing previews, feature articles and profiles, attending and researching events and exhibitions and helping the editor choose story ideas. My main responsibilities include researching key interviewees within the articles interest and reporting as required. On many occasions I have written up to five articles totalling over 12,000 words with a deadline of under a week. I have a varied portfolio, however some examples can be viewed here:

I am particularly interested in media and marketing, finance, business reports, research, PR, and copywriting and am therefore extremely keen to be considered for the role. I have recently moved to the Warwickshire area and am available immediately.

As you can see from my CV, I love being part of a creative environment, always being productive, using initiative and helping others.
