ABOUT
The Strand Palace hotel possess a wonderful story starting in 1909. As it embarks
upon a second century, the management decided to invest and invigorate the
hotel with a wide-spread refurbishment. Change and a catalyst for the brand.
Our brand articulation process uncovered and communicated the Strand Palace
brand story. It defined and developed an authentic and differentiating brand
promise, Heart of London, which equipped the business with a framework
from which to communicate.
