About me

I am an energetic young designer on my maiden voyage into the design world. From a young age my parents could tell I was born designer. Seeing projects from concept to manufacture and into production from as early as age 5, or if you prefer, scribbling a picture in crayon, grabbing toilet rolls, Lego bricks and sticky tape and making my very own custom built toys. Even tried to improve on the wall paper design in the living room once, my Mum still gives me a sore time about that one. Throughout my life I always wanted to know how things worked so I'd take them to bits to get a better understanding, and if it didn't work I'd modify the product to make it work. Even to this day I find myself unintentionally analyzing everyday objects looking for ways to make them better, easier to use, more efficient and occasionally questioning just what the designer was thinking when creating such completely useless products that we see on today's market. Since graduating from University I have found myself working a monotonous job feeling completely unchallenged and uninspired so I'm eager to get back into the Industry. During this down time I have still been designing, messing around with Graphics packages and 3D software and I think it's about time I brought my unique and at times slightly unconventional take on design into the public domain. At present most of my work centers around the automotive sector but I'd be willing to branch out if the right company were to take a chance on me.
