About me

In my most recent position I was head of five departments within a photography studio. My responsibilities included training, re-training, recruitment and disciplinary decisions throughout the studio. Day-to-day duties included account management, financial checks, sales accountability and sustaining sales through various sales channels, I was also responsible for the efficient usage and management of staff in the studio, ensuring that they worked to their full potential and supporting them if they weren't. I've worked with a variety of different people and communicate well, with varied experience in face fronting environments. I am self motivated able to work on my own or work or lead a team. I have management and creative skills, working as a photographer and also a junior advertising manager in previous positions. I am looking to combine these skills to be able to manage, whilst being in a creative environment to merge both of my passions.
