About me

Poor design frustrates me. I'm sure it frustrates many others as well, but taking the steps to understand why and develop the skills needed to articulate what is frustrating and do something about it, is key. Through working in industries where the structure of a sale or the simplicity of an engagement is paramount, I've been able to learn what makes a customer tick, assess this against current practice, and improve accordingly. University gave me the chance to push these skills in a controlled environment and so build upon current popular techniques such as ethnography and cultural probing. This has resulted in developing unique approaches to my research that can feed directly into innovative products and services.

I truly believe the mixture of 7 years experience across multiple industry profiles and the structured approach of a bachelor degree in product/service design, highlights me as worthy candidate to work within an innovative, interdisciplinary team. The type of team I hope to find within your company.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for considering my application and reviewing the attached resume. For an insight into my creative output, or simply a more in depth view of my work I would strongly encourage you to view my website at *
