About me

Having successfully completed a BA Hons course in 3D Design I have spent the past three years working as a designer for Halstock Cabinet Makers. Kitchen design is an aspect of this position that I feel very passionate about and I have recently been awarded as a finalist in Designer magazine's Kitchen Designer of the Year.

Having always had a keen interest in design I feel that I have a great deal of fresh, conceptual ideas to inject into the industry. I am fast thinking and quick to learn, have a good sense of humour, enjoy meeting new people and working both individually and as part of a team.

I am confident using computer packages such as AutoCAD and Photoshop during different design scenarios and I am also familiar with various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel. I have a full clean driving licence and own my own vehicle.

During my time with Halstock I have undertaken numerous projects for both private clients and a selection of well established London based Architects and contractors. My role has required me to produce contemporary designs as well as working with period detailing and I have gained a thorough understanding of cabinetry and its related fields.

I have been responsible for the various stages of a project, from the initial brief taking with a client and development of proposal work through to the generation production drawings and liasing with other specialist manufacturers and fitting teams.
