About me

I'm Suleman Walad, a Creative Director and Filmmaker based in Cameroon, focused on creating cinematic visual experiences for brands, artists and creative projects.

My work sits at the intersection of creative direction, film, fashion, advertising and visual storytelling. I develop concepts from the initial idea through to the final visual — building stories, treatments, scripts, visual worlds and production approaches that give projects a strong identity.

Through MySpace Studio, I work with a flexible network of filmmakers, photographers, editors, models and other creatives to bring projects to life depending on the needs of each production.

I'm particularly interested in brand films, commercials, music videos, fashion films, campaign concepts and visually driven storytelling. I enjoy taking a simple product, message or idea and turning it into something cinematic, memorable and emotionally engaging.

I'm open to collaborating with brands, agencies, artists, production companies and creatives across Africa and internationally.

I believe every project should have more than a beautiful image — it should have a story, a feeling and a reason to exist.
