I'm Joe MONROY TINOCO, also known as Joe Belial, a French-Colombian photographer and fimmaker based in London. My work centres on storytelling through vivid imagery, exploring themes of resilience, identity, and cultural heritage.
With a background in social communication, journalism, and audiovisual production. Beyond photography, I'm developing insightDproject, a social initiative aimed at funding dance education for children in underprivileged communities that come from dysfunctional families and countries affected by violence. It's my way of combining artistic expression with tangible impact, using creativity as a force for transformation.
Driven by curiosity and a love for visual storytelling, I constantly seek to create work that inspires, informs, and connects people across the globe.
