leadership, communications, and service delivery. Founder of Cloverhills, a premium landscape design
and installation business where I developed the brand positioning, marketing strategy, and client

(£300-£500 day rates). Through strong brand presentation, customer experience and quality delivery, I
have worked with private clients, commercial developers, and luxury automotive dealerships. My
background also includes team leadership within social care, where I managed staff teams, budgets, and
complex operational challenges while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Alongside practical business
experience, I have undertaken professional training in brand strategy, storytelling, and marketing, building
on earlier studies in journalism, English, and media communications. I bring a combination of strategic
