Luis Sierra is a Creative Director known for his sharp conceptual thinking and versatile experience across both above-the-line and below-the-line media. After spending more than 20 years building his career in Chicago, he recently relocated to Spain and is actively pursuing remote creative leadership roles across Europe and the United States.
His career has spanned the globe, with professional experience in Chicago, London, Belfast, Madrid, and Taipei—each chapter adding a distinct layer to his creative perspective. Fluent in Spanish and English, with conversational Mandarin, Luis brings a multilingual, multicultural lens that thrives across both General and Hispanic markets.
Beyond the work itself, he is a dedicated mentor to emerging creatives and a collaborative force across teams, accustomed to leading multiple accounts and guiding projects from initial concept through full-scale production. Luis is authorized to work in both the . and the European Union.
