Chaos Design Guildford

ABOUT

The Oasis Partnership Charity approached Chaos Design at a pivotal moment in its evolution, seeking a brand identity that could reflect its transformation from a long-established support charity into a bold, community-led movement focused on neurodivergence, early intervention, empowerment, and long-term systemic change. The existing identity no longer represented the organisation’s ambition or clearly communicated that its support extended beyond ADHD to all forms of neurodivergence.

Through workshops, stakeholder engagement, competitor analysis, and strategic brand development, Chaos redefined the organisation’s positioning, purpose, and personality, ultimately recommending a complete rebrand to Neuro Resilience with the trademarked tagline “Disruptive for Good.” The creative approach combined bold typography, a vibrant colour palette, dynamic graphic styling, and a flexible visual identity system designed to unite multiple service strands under one confident and distinctive brand.

The result was far more than a visual refresh. The new identity provided clarity, credibility, and a powerful platform for growth at a critical time in the organisation’s journey. Following the closure of The Oasis Partnership in early 2026, the strength of the new brand enabled a seamless transition into Neuro Resilience, carrying the mission and model forward intact. The rebrand has since strengthened stakeholder engagement, increased credibility with commissioners and partners, and created a bold, disruptive presence capable of challenging outdated systems and amplifying the voices of neurodivergent communities.

CLIENT REVIEW

This has got to be one of the most exciting, nerve wracking and ultimately successful project's that i have been involved in. Firstly Chaos Designs team, offering me pro-bono support after winning a competition with them. They spent a lot of time getting my thoughts and ideas out of my head and into a brand model. What they produced was fantastic it spot on and ideal for our charities new service model. Roll forward a few months and suddenly the charity closed. That could have been a disaster but Chaos gave me some invaluable advice from the outset, which meant i was able to take the work Chaos had done for me and utilise it for a new CIC i had set up in order to continue the mission. The design and messaging is phenomenal, and perfect for leading a new innovative CIC working in the evolving neurodivergent space. As we evolve and become better established as a CIC the branding and messaging is so spot on it will help my transformation from charity CEO to a Business Director, backed by a brand that not only looks great but the messaging and potential reach for me with such a professional looking brand and website will absolutely have a positive impact on what i am trying to achieve. Being neurodivergent myself the Chaos team have worked wonders, as there has been a few iterations as we have come on this journey. I truly believe my model with Chaos' creative design and input into messaging will substantially help me establish my cause earlier and in a more professional way. This pro-bono support to charities and Not for Profits is gold to small organisations like myself that cannot compete in a world with large marketing budget. The time end effort and expenses put in by Chaos Design will have supported me substantially and will enable me to continue to make positive outcomes for many people for years to come. Gold star has to go to them suggesting our strapline ' Disruptive for Good' as it reflects what we aim to be perfectly but better still they paid for the brand trade mark, adding professionalism to my brand and my model. So thankful to the whole tea, Thanks x Colin McGregor-Paterson.
