Modernising a Beauty Icon for Global Scale
Depot was engaged by Nude by Nature to refresh the secondary packaging across the full cosmetics range, anchored by the Natural Mineral Cover Radiant Loose Powder Foundation, Australia’s best-selling clean beauty foundation. The brief came ahead of a major stand rollout across Chemist Warehouse (AU) and Walmart (US), requiring a design system that could perform consistently at global retail scale.

Depot moved away from flat, clinical white in favour of a warmer, more considered surface that holds presence on shelf. The rose gold primary pack became the focal point, cropped and lit with intent so it reads as an object of value, not just a product visual. This single move reshaped the range on the shelf, shifting it from a field of white to a cohesive, premium brand block

Typography was refined to establish a clear hierarchy between product, variant and shade, improving navigation across a complex range. The result is a system where each pack works hard on its own, while contributing to a unified presence that gives Nude by Nature the authority its formulas have long held.
