Over 25 years working in creative design industry, I have experience in handling a wide range of design projects from above the line and below the line advertising to branding and promotion project. I had worked for a couple of international graphic design firms and advertising agencies. In these capacities, I gained hands-on experience from design concept to final production. After being promoted to an Art Director in Young & Rubricam, I took up a major responsibility to supervise a creative and production team, since I started to develop my management skill. In 1989 I moved to Canada and joined a local design firm as an Art Director. In which I gained an international exposure by working in a different country, it also enhanced my interpersonal and problem-solving skills by dealing with people in different culture.

I joined Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation as Design Manager 10 years ago. My major responsibility is to provide design service of advertising and promotion campaigns for the corporation. I manage a team of designers and photographer for the design and production of print advertisement, corporate literature, marketing and branding material. I give creative direction, motivate, and retain design department staff. I kept track on in-house design team and contract out vendor's program to ensure they meet the deadline and work within budget.
