About me

I currently work in a Technology Consultancy (Capgemini) based in Woking but I work from home as well as from many of our other offices and client offices.

I currently run the Creative Services Team. The department is required to produce templates, proposals, presentations, reports, posters, brochures, refined logos, diagrams and much more.

Previously I have also worked as a team lead in a Document Production team producing proposals, reports, presentations - the team consisted of 6 members).

In the company I am classed as the Microsoft Work and Powerpoint 'Guru'.

I also do some ad hoc freelance work outside of my working hours, producing letterheads, brochures and diagrams for various design companies.

The packages I have expert experience in are: Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Photoshop. I also have good experience of Quark Xpress.

I originally did a 3 year apprenticeship with a Graphic Design Company (Colin Robinson Associates) based in Covent Garden, I then moved into the Word Processing Department of Ernst & Young (Management Consultancy), to introduce and train up the team to do graphics and think more about the actual production and design of documents. I led the team for a number of years.

I have also (while at E&Y/Capgemini) had a couple of other roles (not design related) Project Support, Exec PA, Proposal Support.
