ABOUT

Red Mane is a fictional limited edition spirits brand created to explore how illustration, cultural storytelling and brand systems can come together in a cohesive, multi-touchpoint campaign.
Inspired by traditional Chinese Baijiu and the 2026 Year of the Horse in the Chinese zodiac, the project revolves around a series of geometric horse illustrations that symbolise strength, grace and forward momentum. Each illustration forms the visual backbone of a bottle variant, while seamlessly extending into packaging, outdoor advertising and promotional applications.
The focus of this project lies in concept-driven design: building a consistent visual language that translates effortlessly across formats — from bottle labels and gift boxes to billboards and mobile brand activations — without losing clarity or character.
Red Mane demonstrates my approach to branding as a system rather than a single asset, combining illustration, layout and storytelling into a recognisable and scalable identity.
