About me

At Songs of Praise I organised regular large scale outside broadcasts (OBS) with crews of up to 150 including national competitions such as Young Choir of the Year and Christmas events. The role required commensurate organisational, logistical, financial and interactional skills. This included liaising with presenters, crew, musicians and venues, booking travel, accommodation and appropriate kit, alongside all of the pre and post production coordination and paperwork, including updating BBC systems and creating and distributing highly detailed call sheets/Technical Requirements. Excellent attention to detail was key (I love a list!).

I regularly handled sensitive and confidential information and for Young Choir of the Year this related to children under 18. I always employed the greatest discretion and implemented password protected systems to ensure documentation was stored securely.
While on location at the OBs, in the role of location manager, I ensured everything was running smoothly and that everyone was happy. I am not afraid of getting stuck in, as I was aware that recording days are time sensitive and require good collaboration and communication to be successful.
As Studio Production Coordinator at Steph's Packed Lunch, I was charged with the coordination of every other live show including booking travel and accommodation, ensuring all props were in place, creating and distributing call sheets and creating risk assessments under very tight deadlines.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, I have a full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
